Synopsis
“JUSTICE FOR ALL” deals with an America very much like the present day, where justice can be bought if you have enough money. With no money, an accused person is at the mercy of laws that change every day. This is the America where criminals are unleashed on an innocent, unsuspecting general population by liberal judges who want to rehabilitate the criminal with no concern for the victims. Other convicted criminals are released because there isn’t enough room in the jails. Police are handcuffed with restrictions and laws that protect the criminal’s rights at the expense of the victim’s rights.
Politicians decide to illogically change the world and pay for it with the hard earned money of the American taxpayer. Lobbyists with unlimited budgets and big money influence are able to shape policy and enact new laws to conform to the latest environmental fad. Corrupt lawmakers openly consort with organized crime and flaunt their power over the American citizens who gave them power. Illegal aliens receive full health benefit and other government services, all paid for by the American citizens. The conditions are ripe for revolution. Not the revolution of armies massed together in a gigantic struggle, but a revolution started by a modern day Robin Hood.
In this setting, two men act in self defense and kill a drug addicted common criminal. Their success sparks more vigilante action where they save good people from criminals. Women abusers are taken out, some to be killed, others lose their manhood, and others are given a warning and a chance to change their lives. Robin Hood targets those who are untouchable for whatever reason. Terrorists, pedophiles, drug dealers, crocked judges, rapists, kidnappers, and criminals of all kinds are targeted by Robin Hood. Every time another criminal dies, the police appeal to the general public to help them find and prosecute those responsible for taking the law into their own hands. They announce a reward that goes up every time another person is killed by Robin Hood. People talk and laugh at the irony and wonder ‘why are the police trying so hard to find Robin Hood instead of finding the criminals?’
Organized crime is targeted through their drug dealing. Robin Hood saves a kidnapped young woman from a drug dealer. In the process Robin Hood finds piles of cash and drugs. They take the cash and leave the drugs for the police. A grateful family of the rescued young woman names them Robin Hood when it is announced a substantial amount of money is missing. The press grabs the name and Robin Hood becomes a household name. Robin Hood carries out a spur of the moment strike at the head of the Utah arm of organized crime at Lake Powell. In the strike the head man and his 4 closest advisors are killed. The crime bosses in Nevada are livid about what has happened but can’t find a clue about who was responsible. They demand that whoever was responsible for the death of their people and the theft of their money and drugs be found and killed. They enlist their corrupt politician partners to help them. Months later, they learn who it was when Robin Hood (screened to hide his true identity) is interviewed on national TV.
The vigilante Robin Hood becomes good enough that they are recruited by a secret organization whose aim is to protect and serve the America. This secret organization guides them to jobs at a reputable company. The public jobs are covers for their real jobs of working full time to exterminate any of those people who weaken the fabric of America. They are given access to secret government facilities to sharpen their skills as assassins for good.
Robin Hood’s success at saving people in Utah becomes a nationwide news event when they trigger a gang war where the two largest gangs in Utah are completely wiped out. These gangs were heavily involved with drug distribution, as well as all kinds of other criminal activities. Newspapers, radio and TV news departments are caught up in the Robin Hood movement and soon call every murder of a criminal that goes unsolved the work of Robin Hood.
The secret organization goes after bigger targets. Robin Hood is asked to assassinate 3 of the most corrupt members of congress at a huge privately sponsored banquet in Washington.. The strike is organized and carried out with the help of military men and equipment. Robin Hood escapes without a trace with the help of the secret organization. Corrupt lawmakers and their organized crime partners go after Robin Hood. It’s too late, there are “Copy Cat” Robin Hood’s everywhere. The secret organization, ‘JUSTICE FOR ALL”, tries to track the “Copy Cat” Robin Hoods, but gives up. There are too many of them and it’s impossible to know when it was truly a Robin Hood or someone else.
Concern for the innocent members of the families of those killed by Robin Hood causes them to set up an organization to financially help those whose livelihood has been destroyed. In this process the original Robin Hood learns that there are many good men with unlimited resources who will help them in every way possible.
Most Robin Hoods are individuals but sometimes 2 or 3 people working together. In local bars in every city in America, Robin Hood cells are formed. Their sole function is to eliminate any person who comes in and lets it be known that he is a pervert, terrorist, woman abuser, or is going to try to assassinate a good man. Some of the bars close to the government offices get more than there share of would be assassins who end up dead a nearby dumpster Good men are now safer than ever. The corrupt men & women in business, government and organized crime are terrified. They all know that they are marked; it’s only a matter of time before Robin Hood is coming after them. These corrupt people can hide from the police; they can hide behind corrupt laws and judges, but they can’t hide from Robin Hood because he is everyone!
“ROBIN HOOD IS WATCHING!,” is put on the wall by a “Copy Cat” Robin Hood in Compton California when he and a partner save a woman from two rapists. The phrase comes to the attention of a news man in Los Angeles. He recognizes that Robin Hood has become more than the work of one man or a group of men. It has become the work of the silent majority who are sick and tired of what has happened to America. He does a documentary that spells out what is really happening. His work catapults him into a job as a news anchor for CNN and an advisor to the President of the US. Because of his work and integrity, he gets to do an interview with the original Robin Hood.
The President of the US is advised that the Robin Hood movement will not stop until the corruption and criminal problems in America are corrected. He is told every corrupt lawmaker will be killed before it’s over. The president is told he has a choice, he can join with the corrupt leaders and die or he can join the movement to cleanse America. He will become the President who saved or destroyed America. With a choice like that, he decides to save America and takes drastic steps to repair the damage that has been done by decades of the liberalization of America. He goes on national TV and outlines what he is going to do to repair the damage. He presents an 8 step plan that calls for the elimination of crazy laws, the removal of liberal judges and the restoration of common sense in America. Included is his warning to the news networks that any person or organization that openly gives aid and comfort to the enemies of the US will be prosecuted. That includes congressmen and news organizations. He demands that congress help him to strike stupid laws from the books. Any law that recognizes the rights of some insect, animal, bird, or fish over the rights of American citizen will be stricken from the books. Energy reserves will be developed. The laws that make the development of energy reserves prohibitively expensive will be modified to encourage development. Purchasing of energy from US enemies will be discouraged and eliminated as soon as possible. He is also advised that in ordinary times his plans wouldn’t have a chance, the special interest groups and liberal leaders would stop him in his tracks, but now, no one in their right mind would publicly oppose him.
